Lawrence Edwards
Lawrence Edwards is founder and managing director of Delta Group Limited, a corporate finance and securities investment group headquartered in the Cayman Islands with representation in New York.
Delta Group provide a range of investment banking services including asset management and advisory, strategic mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and associated support services.
Delta Group's services include a specialist division that advises on and manages solutions for investment entities in transition or economic run off as well as trading in illiquid and distressed asset classes. Delta's management team have acted for over 200 investment entities and managed the return of capital to investors in excess of $5 billion.
Prior to founding Delta Group, Lawrence was with PricewaterhouseCoopers in London and the Cayman Islands. He is a fellow of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants, Member of the Association of Business Recovery Professionals and a qualified mediator.
